The telecommunications sector has been the worst performing sector for two years in a row – down 12% in 2016 and 26% in 2017. We have had an underweight sector call for the last 12+ months, but in late 2017 we moved to a neutral weighting.

We think that 2018 will be a much better year for telecommunications companies. I explained why, and highlighted my key stock picks, in a presentation to the Morgans network this morning:
