Lisa Shand

Industry Experience

Lisa has worked as an institutional adviser in Australian equities since 1989. Being a Japanese speaker, she initially focused on Japanese institutional investors before transitioning to an Australian institutional client base in 1999. 

In addition to her research sales role, Lisa was on the Equities Management Committee in the capacity of Head of Client Account Management during her tenure at ABN AMRO and RBS. 

Prior to joining Morgans, Lisa was a Senior Research Sales Adviser at CIMB Australia.

Investment Style

Relying on her market experience, Lisa combines a deep analytical focus and relative valuation to identify investment opportunities which she then matches to the investment needs of the client.
