Andrew has been working in financial markets since 2002 with the majority of this time spent advising clients as a stockbroker and financial planner. Prior to 2002 he had extensive experience in successfully managing medium sized businesses in the aquaculture and food processing industries, which has given him a practical understanding of the challenges of running a business.

Andrew employs a disciplined approach to investment selection and analyses a number of criteria including: the medium to long term growth outlook, the profitability and financial strength of a company, its track record and the quality of management. Companies that meet these criteria are then purchased at appropriate valuations.
