Liam Schofield

Liam has 18 years’ experience across a variety of roles in property and equities. While he started his career as a property valuer in Australia and the UK, he moved into equities research when he returned from the UK and spent 5 years at Wilsons covering real estate, retail, mining services and general industrials.

Following this role, Liam spent a few years at Landcom where he provided advice across capital transactions, project modelling, corporate financial analysis and market research. Prior to joining Morgans, Liam also spent four years at Centuria Funds Management in Sydney with his most recent role Assistant Fund Manager at Centuria Office Fund (COF).
