I’m a Senior Adviser - Morgans Wholesale Service, at Morgans Financial in Sydney, working with founders, listed executives, and their families at the moments their wealth gets complicated — a liquidity event, a concentrated equity position that needs careful unwinding, or the transition from building a business to managing the proceeds of one. I seek to develop a deep understanding of each client’s goals, concerns, and the complexity behind their wealth, so the advice I give is built for their situation, not a template. Before Morgans, I spent 16 years working in financial markets, including as Lead Portfolio Manager of the Eley Griffiths Emerging Companies Fund, and across institutional equities desks in New York and Sydney with CLSA. I’m also trained as a lawyer, which gives me a rigorous, detail-driven approach to structuring advice and managing risk. I partner with founders, executives, and families, alongside their existing network of trusted professionals, to build strategies designed to last.

My work centers on clients and their families navigating a listing, an exit, or a concentrated stock position, as well as those who simply need their existing wealth managed with the same level of care. For those with more complex circumstances, I take a holistic approach to building the right structure and strategy to diversify and protect wealth without unnecessary risk or tax cost. For clients who want a disciplined, tailored investment approach, I construct portfolios around an Evidence Core, a diversified, evidence-based backbone, paired with a Conviction Satellite for higher-conviction positions, sized to each client’s actual risk tolerance and liquidity needs, and reviewed as market conditions and personal circumstances change. Drawing on my institutional background, I also help listed executives and board members manage their shareholding in the company they lead, and the practicalities of trading it.
