Toby Dickson

Toby has spent over 10 years in finance and strategy roles across corporate and institutional banking roles. He began his career on the Graduate Program at the National Australia Bank and then into the Financial Institutions Group in Sydney. Before moving to Shanghai to work in a Commercial Strategy role with Treasury Wine Estates and then relocating back to Melbourne in Revenue Strategy roles with Carlton & United Breweries. He embarked on a career change in 2025 to move into the Wealth management industry given a strong affiliation for the skills and relationship building elements of the job. Toby has commenced the 12-month Professional Year effective as of March 2026 and is being supervised by Charles Baulch, he is not currently authorised to provide advice. Outside of his professional career he is the Finance Director at the Anglesea SLSC and enjoys all things to do with the beach and surf, on the other side of the spectrum he is an avid skier and having grown up in Sydney support the Swans.
