Customer Service Officer
About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Officer to join our Mackay team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, supporting our advisers and ensuring every interaction reflects the high level of service our branch is known for. This position sits within our Client Services Team and plays a key part in maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front‑of‑house support including phone enquiries, appointment scheduling, and client check‑ins
- Assist with client onboarding, account updates, and document preparation
- Work closely with advisers to prepare for client meetings and manage follow‑up actions
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Support general administrative tasks across the branch including reporting and correspondence
- Deliver a consistently high standard of client care across every interaction
About you
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Are organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and team members
- Have strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Enjoy supporting others and contributing to a positive team environment
- Are comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Bring previous experience in administration, customer service, or financial services (not essential)
