Morgans named Employer of the Year at the 2026 Women Empowering Wealth Awards

Morgans enjoyed an outstanding night at the 2026 Women Empowering Wealth Awards, held in Sydney on Thursday 4 June, with the firm and its people recognised across three categories.

Morgans was named Employer of the Year, an award that recognises organisations leading the way in supporting, developing and advancing women across the wealth management industry. The result reflects the collective efforts of Morgans people and the work being done across the network to foster a culture where opportunity, growth and support are part of the everyday experience.

In the individual categories, Claudia White was named Graduate of the Year, a reflection of the emerging talent coming through the Morgans network, while Karyn Ferguson was Highly Commended in the Industry Executive of the Year category.
