During their careers they achieve this by working and saving, but during retirement it is by working their savings. With 20 years of experience, it is my role to advise clients on the design implementation and management of strategies targeted at achieving and sustaining financial independence.

No-one knows the future, so in my experience the secret to long term investing is not to predict the future but to be prepared for the future, by owning businesses which produce the goods and services we all need today, tomorrow and everyday. For this reason I prefer to recommend defensive strategies, investing in large, prominent and conservatively financed companies.
