Stephen has been a part of the Corporate Finance team since 2011 and has considerable experience in equity raisings and corporate advisory roles across numerous transactions. Stephen has led a number of transactions including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), secondary capital raisings, as well as seed/ pre-IPO funding. His experience has been focused on small and mid cap growth companies across mining and resources, oil and gas, technology and industrials both domestically and overseas.
