Industry Experience
Hugh is a Director in the Corporate Advisory team where he advises corporate clients on a range of issues including equity capital markets, merger and acquisitions and debt facilities.
Hugh has acted for listed and unlisted clients operating across a broad range of industry sectors including energy transition, mining services, technology, financial services, FMCG, agriculture, and general industrials.
Hugh joined Morgans in 2024, following nearly 10 years experience in the Corporate Finance industry and as an experienced board director of listed and unlisted companies. Hugh is currently the non-executive chairman of 5G Networks Limited (ASX:5GN) and a non-executive director of Health and Plant Protein Limited (ASX:HPP).
