Stephen is a Manager in the Morgans Corporate Advisory team and has extensive experience advising on both public and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital markets transactions across the small and mid-cap market.
Stephen is a Chartered Accountant, having previously worked at KPMG in the audit and transaction services teams. Stephen specialises in providing strategic advice to a diverse range of clients and has a strong background in sectors including technology, mining services, healthcare, agriculture and general industrials.
