Infragreen Group Limited | Initial Public Offer

Founded and led by an experienced management team, Infragreen Group Limited (‘Infragreen’) owns, operates and holds substantial interests in businesses providing sustainable infrastructure products and services to Australia and New Zealand, with a strong focus on recycling & waste recovery; clean energy & energy transition. For over 20 years, the Infragreen businesses have been focused on advancing the circular economy, contributing to economic growth, ensuring the provision of essential services and enhancing resource efficiency.

Infragreen is undertaking an Initial Public Offer to raise $40 million at an offer price of $1.00 per share (‘Offer’). A significant portion of the proceeds of the Offer will be used to repay existing debt, strengthen the balance sheet and providing the financial capacity to make further investments in Infragreen’s existing portfolio and pursue new investments in high-quality assets in the future.

Exposure Period

The Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) prohibits the Company from processing applications for securities under the Prospectus (Application) in the 7 day period after lodgement of the Prospectus (Exposure Period).
