Douglas Isles is an Investment Director with day-to-day responsibility for the workflow and professional development of the analysts and portfolio managers in the GCQ investment team. Douglas also works closely with the Distribution team. Prior to joining GCQ Funds Management in 2026, Douglas was most recently Head of Investment at Platinum Asset Management where he worked closely with its founders for two decades. He previously built out their Investment Specialist capability for domestic advisers, introduced the firm to US-based investors and spent time as an analyst. Douglas started his investment career in Scotland, where he qualified as an actuary, and has also worked in Singapore.

Andrew holds roles as co-head of Investment Strategy and Equity Strategist. With a focus on delivering macro research and investment guidance, he supports over 500+ advisers within the Morgans network. He coordinates Morgans' asset allocation, portfolio and tactical investment strategies. His additional responsibilities include acting as Secretary of the Morgans’ Investment Committee.

Jun Bei is a passionate, motivated, and dedicated investment manager. Currently based in Australia, she regularly travels to China and other Asian markets as part of her investment research. Jun Bei is also a popular media personality and a highly sought after public speaker about her investment views, and being a regular participant in prestigious conferences such as Sohn Hearts & Minds and TedX.
